General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the rights and obligations of Ekili Care and its clients in the context of care services, hair protocols, aesthetics and sales of associated products.
Any booking, purchase or use of the services implies full and complete acceptance of these conditions.
2. Services
Ekili Care offers aesthetic, hair and natural regrowth treatments, including the RegenX protocol.
All services are provided by appointment only.
3. Reservations and deposits
All reservations are confirmed only after payment of a non-refundable deposit of €25.
This deposit allows us to reserve the client's time slot and guarantee the practitioner's availability.
In case of cancellation or postponement:

• If the client gives at least 48 hours' notice, the deposit can be transferred to another appointment and is non-refundable.

• If the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the appointment, the deposit is permanently lost.

• In case of no-show, the entire deposit will be retained.

No refunds will be issued for services that have begun or been completed.
4. Prices and payments
Prices are shown in euros (€), including all taxes.
The balance payment is made on the day of the appointment, using the methods accepted on site (cash, card, bank transfer, etc.).
Ekili Care reserves the right to change its rates at any time, but the prices applied will be those in effect at the time of booking.
5. Responsibilities
Ekili Care makes every effort to ensure the quality and safety of its care.
The client agrees to disclose any medical condition, allergy or ongoing treatment before the start of the session.
Ekili Care cannot be held responsible for consequences related to a failure to provide information or a non-compliance with the post-care protocol.
6. Delays and postponements
Any delay exceeding 15 minutes may result in the reduction or cancellation of the treatment, depending on the practitioner's availability.
In this case, the deposit remains the property of Ekili Care.
7. Products
RegenX products used during treatments or sold as supplements are formulated with natural active ingredients.
Ekili Care declines all responsibility in case of allergy or skin reaction not reported beforehand.
8. Applicable Law
These conditions are governed by Belgian law.
Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Brussels district.
